This 4 Flat, 4 House Master planning scheme was completed remotely and provided a developer client with all the necessary documents to gain planning permission for 8 new Retirement Living Units in a safe, serviced, gated community.

The development featured heavy, robust construction methods such as Poroterm clay block inner skins of masonry, large cavity sizes with high levels of insulation and sturdy precast concrete floors to give a solid, quality feel.

All the units followed a traditional style using the locally known prevalent building materials to ensure success at the planning stage.

In addition to this all units were accessible, with space saving furniture layouts and solar PV's to provide further energy efficiency.
